What if your slowest weeknight filled your calendar?

Wedding Crash turns your venue into a real wedding, open to the public. Engaged couples come to party, and leave picturing their wedding in your room.

Host a Wedding Crash

The first one is Saturday, January 16, 2027 at Occasions on Main.

  1. The ceremony aisle at Occasions on Main, set for a wedding

    #1

Couples tour your venue at its best

Dozens of engaged couples see your room dressed, lit, and full.

Not a walkthrough with folding chairs. A ceremony, a reception, and a dance floor, so they can picture theirs.
  2. #2

    Vendors who'll refer you

A room of vetted vendors who've now worked your space.

Planners, photographers, DJs, and caterers who know your load-in, your light, and your coordinator. Guess where they send couples next.
  3. #3

More content than you'd make in a year

A dozen creators filming your venue at its best.

Ceremony shots, reception energy, real guests. Your Instagram is set through spring.

Not an open house. A real wedding in your room.

FAQ

What does it cost us?
Your room for a night. We bring the couples, vendors, creators, and promotion, and we'll walk through the numbers together on a call. The goal: revenue on a night that usually sits empty. You also get everything featured vendors get, including early adopter certification. Early adopters get the $1,000 certification fee waived and pay $1,000 per year in annual dues. Dues renew at the current rate, with 30 days' notice before any change.
What do you need from us?
Your space, your coordinator on the night, and help spreading the word. Same as hosting any wedding, with a lot more people taking photos.
Which nights work?
Your slowest ones. Tell us which nights usually sit empty and we'll build around them.
Who is this NOT for?
If you don't want couples seeing your venue mid-event, with real guests and real chaos, this isn't for you.
